  • Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?
    No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage.
  • What’s the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
    A Replacement Plan is available for products under $250. If the product fails, you will receive a check for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.
    A Repair Plan is for products over $250 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it!
  • How am I covered?
    For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
  • Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
    Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
  • Is my product covered if it’s stolen or if I lose it?
    Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
  • Is there a deductible?
    Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
  • What happens if my product breaks?
    You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:
    • Online at www.cpscentral.com and click the “File a Claim” button
    • Via email at cs@cpscentral.com
    • Call in toll free at 800-905-0443

In our product description, you'll find the product condition. We categorize our product conditions into three main categories below:

  1. Excellent condition (A grade)—products in this category are pre-owned, and are in like-new condition. That said, while we try to eliminate all noticeable blemishes on our A-grade products, please note that minor blemishes may still exist, and are sometimes inevitable.
  2. Good Condition (B grade)—products in this category contain noticeable cosmetic blemishes, but otherwise work perfectly. They are sold as is, and are not returnable. Our standard warranty still applies.
  3. Brand new condition—products in this category are brand new, straight out of the box. They are in perfect condition.

Disclaimer: Occasionally, we do apply top quality 3M Apple skins on Apple products that have noticeable blemishes and scratches. These skins are professionally applied, and will provide your computers with an added layer of protection.

We back all our products with a 90-day warranty* and excellent customer service. The warranty begins the date the order is delivered.

Warranty exceptions will be specified in the product description.

Our prices are subject to change. We do our best to ensure our products display the correct prices and product information, but if you notice an error—like a $500 laptop for $50—it's most probably a mistake. Shipping: Usually leaves our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping.

Standard Return Policy: Only items that are listed as conditions Brand New or A Grade are eligible for returns. The items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. You must return the items in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund of up to 70 percent if returned items have been opened, used, or returned late. 

FINAL SALE EXCLUSION: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable unless the problem you experience is the result of our error.
